Yeah, I said it. I'm calling your bluff. You keep saying you want to lose the weight, but you haven't done anything to get there.
So I'm going to start by saying that I hate this topic. I don't like setting goals and the people I meet and work with don't really like it either. It makes us feel uncomfortable and (for me at least) make me feel like I'm being egotistical, full of myself, greedy, or self-centered.
